The Standard Items tab is where you pre-build common line items you use all the time. If you repeatedly invoice for similar services, products or call-outs, this tab can speed up quote and invoice creation a lot.
Each standard item can include a title, price, optional GST toggle and short description. This keeps your pricing consistent and helps reduce manual typing errors when you are moving quickly.
What You Do On This Tab
Create, edit, remove and reorder your reusable line item templates for faster invoicing.
Options Available
- Item title
- Unit price
- GST switch per item (when GST mode is enabled)
- Item description
- Remove item button
- Add standard item button
If your tax mode is set to Not adding GST, then GST controls are hidden here to keep this screen clean and focused. For teams, this tab is also useful for standardizing naming and pricing across staff.
